You may return any unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

To initiate a return, please email us at helloshoppado@gmail.com with your name, email, order number, and reason for return. We aim to process your return within 48 hours. Once approved, you will receive a complimentary return label via email to ship back the items. Please make sure to mail the package within 5 business days after receiving the return label.
